Funding team visits Jumbo

North Essex Heritage welcomed officials from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government for a tour of Jumbo. The group were visiting the city to see projects benefitting from multi-million pound Government funded projects. The visit was hosted by Colchester City Council.

Simon Hall MBE, DL, Chair of North Essex Heritage, the charity behind The Jumbo Project, said:

“It was great to be able to take representatives of MHCLG up Jumbo. The Government’s contribution has been critical to our ability to raise additional funds to support our efforts to deliver The Jumbo Project for the benefit of the people of Colchester.”
